We have endured some significant animal ‘guests’ in our crawl space below our house, including skunks, raccoons and what we think was a possum (dead behind wall). Ray and his team have been amazing, removed the animals, and have ensured none could re-enter. This involved a fairly onerous job of installing wire mesh around the entire outer perimeter of the house/decks etc, including some really tricky areas.
